Why hire it
Expediting reduces the risk of discovering a non-conformity only at final delivery, when correcting it is already expensive and pushes out the schedule. Do you carry out expediting at the supplier's plant?
We do this regularly. We follow fabrication both at your own plant and at a third-party supplier, with photographic records and periodic progress reports.
