Fabrication and Boilermaking

What we do

We deliver fabrication and boilermaking projects in partnership with specialised companies in our network, with XP’s welding engineering and quality control coordinating every stage - from design to delivery.

A network of partners, a single technical owner

Because we work with several partner fabrication shops, we can cover a far wider range of equipment than a single factory could - from pressure vessels to large structures and piping. That does not mean losing control: we allocate the work to the right company for each type of part and centralise all quality and engineering management, from fabrication follow-up through to final inspection and the databook.

In practice it does not matter which partner in our network has hands on the part - the quality standard, the documentation and the technical rigour are always the same. The result is equipment built to a standard the buyer can audit and trust.

• Fabrication - assembly of steel structures, supports and piping made to suit your project
• Repair and reinforcement - corrective work on plate work, tanks and ducts, focused on structural integrity
• Modernisation - equipment retrofit and system adaptation to improve efficiency

Technical references

Completed projects include ASME VIII Div. 1 pressure vessels under NR-13 for water treatment, duplex bends and transformer conservators - always with complete documentation and traceability.
